In 2000, Gary founded Acu-Market with humble beginnings and a big mission – to empower practitioners with the tools they needed to treat patients. He did so with a simple shelf in a guestroom of his house. From this modest beginning the family business embarked on a journey of growth from that small guestroom to becoming one of the largest suppliers of acupuncture, herbal, homeopathic and supplements in the United States. To help lead the expansion and diversification of Acu-Market, Gary was joined by his son, Jason in 2007. They identified that practitioners needed so much more than just a “product supplier.” Acu-Market was to become a different kind of company, a one-source “solutions supplier” for practitioners. But there are no shortcuts on the journey to success. With their hard work, determination and sacrifice, one by one they earned the trust of customers by consistently delivering the highest standards of quality, value, integrity and customer service.
