As a licensed prescription drug wholesale distributor Acu-Market has been designated by the US Department of Homeland Security as part of a “Critical Infrastructure Industry”. Under that designation, Acu-Market has a special responsibility to maintain a normal work schedule.
To ensure we can to continue to supply practitioners with needed supplies and protect the safety of our employees, we are enacting, effective immediately, the following temporary measures until further notice:
Customer Pick-Up Orders
In the interest of safety and social distancing, orders may no longer be picked up at our warehouse. All orders must be shipped.
Same Day Shipping
Orders must be placed by 4:30pm EST to guarantee same day shipping.
Inventory
We understand that the potential for supply issues is a major concern for our customers. We are actively working with manufacturers to reduce and/or eliminate potential disruptions. We continue to receive restocking shipments on a daily basis. Please continue to visit acu-market.com to check the stock status (our most up to date information).
The AIT Symposium scheduled for May 16-17, 2020 has been postponed. We will update you as soon as the new date for the event has been selected.
Backorder Minimum
Due to extraordinary circumstance with order volume and vendor availability we must temporarily modify our backorder shipping policy. If your order has an item on backorder and the value of that item(s) is less than $50 or less it will be cancelled. Please check back daily to see if this item comes into stock (our website has the most up to date stock status). If you have a backorder that is $50 or more we will ship it to you for free when it comes back into stock.
Adding Items to Existing Orders
We can no longer accommodate order additions once you place your order. Any additions to orders will be shipped as a new order.
As a reminder acuscript is a tremendous resource that will allow you to make product recommendations to your patients and we take care of the rest. You control the profit and we pay you on the 5th of every month. If you have not already signed up for acuscript now is the perfect time to do so.
